跑偏传感器

GEJ30（原型号KGP-2型） 跑偏传感器适用于具有爆炸性混合气体甲烷的危险场所以及露天煤矿、选煤厂等工作场所，作为矿用带式输送机保护装置的配套检测之用。对胶带输送机的输送带的跑偏情况进行监控，当胶带输送机的输送带跑偏时，传感器输出低电平信号，保护装置经过延时，切断输送机控制电源，实现跑偏保护，传感器安装数量不限，并且均为并联连接。

矿用本质安全型，防爆标志“ExibI”；

外形尺寸：350mm×165mm×65mm；质量：3kg。

动作角度 30±3°

触杆的动作力：20～100N。

复位角度15°

探杆转动的极限角度不小于70°。

接触电阻

闭合接点的接触电阻不大于0.1Ω,振动、冲击和寿命试验后不大于0.2Ω。

工作原理

传感器安装在皮带两边的支架上，正常时皮带不接触跑偏触杆，传感器的两接线端子不接通；

当皮带跑偏接触到跑偏触杆并推动触杆偏离正常位置30°±3°时，传感器的两接线端子接通。

皮带复位后，

跑偏触杆自动返回至15°±3°时，传感器的两接线端子应断开。

安装

将传感器安装在皮带两边的支架上，打开传感器接线盒,用电缆将E（跑偏信号）、O（电源地）

接至带式输送机保护装置主机内对应的接线端子上。

调试

轻轻推动传感器的煤位触杆至偏离正常位置30±3°，传感器的两接线端子应接通，松开后，

煤位触杆自动返回至15±3°时，传感器的两接线端子应断开。

GEJ30 disalignment sensor (former model KGP-2) is applicable in the dangerous places filled with explosive gases, surface coal mine and coal preparation plant. It is used for detection of belt disalignment with belt conveyor comprehensive protection device. When the belt disaligns, low level is output, and the protection apparatus cuts the belt power off. There is no limit of the sensors’ number and they are all connected in parallel.

Operating principle

Install the disalignment sensors in the brackets on both sides of belt conveyor. Normally, the belt cannot reach the disalignment rod, and the two terminals are not connected. But when belt disaligns and makes the rod deviate the normal position 30°±3°, the terminals connect.

After the belt resets, the rod back to 15°±3°automatically, and the terminals are disconnected.

Installation

Install the disalignment sensors in the brackets on both sides of belt conveyor, and open the sensor junction box, then connect E (disalignment signal), O (PGND) to the corresponding terminals in the host of belt conveyor protection device with cables.

Debugging

Push the coal rod gently till deviate the normal position 30±3, the two terminals should be connected and release it, the rod returns to 15±3°automatically and the terminals are disconnected.
